In our quest to preserve native corn and other products from the Yucatecan countryside, we have discovered the bounty of our land, where farmers, ranchers, and producers provide us with high-quality goods, ensuring traceability for our customers. Suppliers of our main ingredient: native corn, which comes from the hometown of our collaborator Don Carlos (RIP), who has made a valuable contribution to the Pancho Maíz project.

Suppliers of furniture carved by Yucatecan artists and high-quality wood, which today allow us to share a meal and enjoy our food in comfort.
